The next 90 days would be a great time to take up reading some good, wholesome, uplifting fiction. That’s the only rule: no fiction books with dark or intense themes, and no self-help books, at bedtime. As you and your husband turn in each night, in separate beds, you will pick up either your Bible, your physical or printed PDF “Unmade Love Journal”…

…or a comforting, mindless fiction read!

Trust me. Your brain needs the vacation that is great fiction.
