"Soon" mixed media original

This is a mixed media original, depicting a woman and a small Scottish fishing village. It is 8"x8" canvas, hand painted edges to create a ready-to-hang, gallery wrap style. Rendered in acrylic, oil pastel, pan pastel and Stabilo pencil, and finished with Dorland's wax for an ethereal, encaustic effect, this small painting evokes a lot of emotion for me.
