This one invites you IN. Into process. For the first time I decided to paint “stream of consciousness” AND offer it for sale.

The goal was to do an artful “mind map” and see what bubbled up from my subconscious.

I saw a stairway - representing upward, onward progress - hard won, difficult to climb, but it must be done. I saw “crossroads”. I saw doorways. I saw home…shelter…community. Embedded into the painting, as your eyes circle around, are the words “beauty defies despair”, as well as other little words and phrases that I don’t want to give away. I want them to bless and surprise you.

The utter depth of process that I am seeing people undergo with God right now is profoundly moving to me. I’m actually welling up with tears in that second picture, as I look once again at what came up and out of my spirit. Many are in a “do or die”, “make or break” process of the Spirit.

And I know you will make it through.
